The tent
We have a single party tent, and it's a big one: 36 by 16 feet, 11-foot peak, removable sidewalls with clear windows. It's $375 for the day on grass, delivered, staked and taken down by us. Tent rental for Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, Bountiful, Ogden, Salt Lake City and the towns in between.
What fits under it
30 people seated at our 5 tables, with room to walk between them, or closer to 60 standing. The 11-foot peak means the tall uncles are fine. Give us a spot a little bigger than 36 by 16 so the stakes or weights have room.
Sidewalls and windows
The sidewalls clip on and off, and every panel has a clear window, so you can block the wind and still see the yard. Most people order 1 or 2 panels for the windy side at $25 each. The full wrap closes it up for $150. We put them on at setup.
Grass vs. hard surface
On grass we stake it, and that's the $375 price. On a driveway, patio, church lot, or any asphalt or concrete, we use weighted bases instead, which adds $75. On grass, show us the sprinkler heads before we stake. Sloped driveway? Text a photo to 702-556-2804 and we'll tell you if it works.
Weather rules
Wind
No setup at a sustained 25 mph or gusts over 35 mph. We call you, and your deposit moves to any date in the next 12 months, or we refund the tent portion.
Rain
Rain alone doesn't cancel. Keeping rain off the cake is half the point of a tent. If lightning is in the forecast, we call you the night before and decide together.
Tent rental pricing
Plus Utah sales tax. Delivery is included in Zone 1; other zones are on Where we deliver. A 25 percent non-refundable deposit holds your date, the balance is due the morning we deliver, and there's a $100 refundable damage hold.
Add the tables and chairs and it's the Backyard Package, $449.

Do I need to be home for setup?
Someone needs to point us at the spot and show us the sprinkler heads. After that, go get ready.
